Initially we started as a small blog / weather news site when living and based in Penzance, this was then turned into an official business in 2017. Whilst the bulk of the work we do is selling photos and prints, we also work within the local community offering our skills and services to those that need and appreciate some local business support.

2026 – We have secured the .com version as well as keeping the .co.uk version of Cornish Connect.

We are a small home-based business offering a wide selection of new and secondhand radio related equipment, suitable for professionals and consumers, we sell directly to the customer and are UK stockists for Retevis, Baofeng and Nagoya. 

As a guy who is not only a multi award winning Cornish Landscape photographer, I was only really diagnosed properly with having full autism in 2024, a month later my ex left me and my father died the same day, so by combining what im best known for (Photography) I felt a blog mixing both ASD, Mental Health and Photography the perfect way to encourage and show others that anything is possible and to not let disability stop you.

Feb 2026, Im 41 years old like so many others we are all together struggling with our mental health even with the recent news of a new mental health act, people in our local communities are suffering because of inadequate support especially when in a crisis. The situation is dire, people are heavily medicated and cant access support.
